Homeroom Teacher in KindergartenMain Responsibilities:1.To work closely and professionally with the Mandarin Co-teacher to ensure the smooth running of daily routines.2.To take full responsibility for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate program activities and assessment regarding the curriculum provided by school.3.To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the children in supporting their learning.4.To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community.5.To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the children.6.Other duties as reasonably required by the Head of Kindergarten.Requirements:1.Native English speaker2.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related areas3.Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)4.Minimum 3 years’ full time teaching experience5.ESL experience is desirable6.Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills7.Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans and policies8.Strong interests in leading extra-curriculum program9.Strong interpersonal and communication skills10.Basic knowledge of spoken Mandarin is an advantage11.Personal integrity and professional ethic有意者可发送简历至：jobs@ecnuas.com电话：021-3991 5330联系人：肖老师
