We are delighted to host representatives from various colleges and universities from around the world. We welcome university representatives who are interested in meeting and talking with our students about your academic and social opportunities, as well as the application process itself.

Schedule A Visit

University visits during the day are scheduled in 40-minute blocks. Evening visits for parents and students are scheduled Monday to Thursday and can be up to 2 hours. We will provide a translator, if necessary. Note that evening events may be held at our South Ande Road Campus, which houses the dormitories, Elementary and Middle Schools.

We encourage you to arrive 15-20 minutes early, if possible, in order to spend some time with the counselors before your meeting with students begins.

Location & Transportation

ECNUAS is located in Anting, which is 38 km west of downtown Shanghai and 74 km east of Suzhou. The easiest way to get to our school is by taxi. We recommend using the ride hailing app, Didi, or scheduling a taxi through your hotel’s concierge. In the Didi app, enter East China Normal University Affiliated Bilingual School” or “569 Anchi Road Jiading” for the Anchi Road Campus (High School). For the South Ande Road Campus, enter “800 Nanande Road Jiading” or “Hua Dong Shi Fan Da Xue Fu Shu Shuang Yu Xue Xiao”.

Traffic can be heavy during rush hour (7am-10am, 4pm-6pm) so if you are coming from downtown Shanghai, leave at least 75 minutes before your visit to ECNUAS.

It is recommended to take a taxi to this campus. Take Line 11 to Anting Metro Station, call a Didi or walk to the taxi parking area (take metro station exit 2, turn left, go down the stairs, make a U-turn at the bottom of the stairs, and go about 50 yards). Only use official taxi or Didi. Do not go with any person who approaches you. The cost of a taxi to the South Ande Road Campus is less than 30 RMB and it takes about 10 minutes.

When You Arrive

If you do not speak Chinese, Fill in page 7 of this document and show it along with your business card to the guard at the front gate. If you speak Chinese, tell the guard your name and what university you represent. He may ask for your business card. Once you are let in, walk straight to the front door and check in at the front desk. Someone will then escort you to the location of your presentation.

If You Arrive Early

No worries! Both campuses have a waiting area, coffee, and vending machines. Also, there I guest Wi-Fi available. The Wi-Fi is Ecnuas-guest and no password is necessary.
