4月17日,龚德辉校长与高中部团队出发深圳,参加“2026年剑桥东亚区学校大会”,并以“超越联结,主动创生——打造“人本位”学习型社区的构想和路径”作主题发言。自古以来,学校被定义为一扇校门、一片围墙,一所学校之所在。然而,现代化学校的社会职能正在发生改变,正在逐渐演变成一个社区中心,它不仅是学生学习的中心,也是社区参与、资源共享、职业联动的活动中心,其功能应超出传统的学术属性。学校不仅要在家校、社区、校际之间强化“联结者”的桥梁作用,更要主动创生,在家、校、社中起到主导的枢纽作用,让学校真正成为了一个生生不息、万物并育的学习型社区。
高中部校长助理杨子青与何思佳老师以“赋能学生主体性:构建面向未来学习的学生治理生态系统”为题,将分享探讨学校如何通过建立系统化沟通,改良学生社群生态,培养学生的主体觉察能力。结合真实案例和学生成长故事,本分享展示学生参与社群治理,帮助他们从被动学习者转变为积极参与学校与社会的行动者。
Gloria Gong travelled to Shenzhen with the high school team to attend the‘2026 Cambridge East Asia Schools Conference’, where I will deliver a speech entitled ‘Transcending Connections, Proactively Creating:Concepts and Pathways for Building a “Human-Centered” Community Hub’. Since time immemorial, schools have been defined by a single gate, a set of walls, and a physical location. However, the social function of the modern school is undergoing a transformation, gradually evolving into a community hub. It is not only a centre for student learning but also a hub for community engagement, resource sharing, and professional collaboration, with functions that extend beyond traditional academic attributes. Schools should not only strengthen their role as a ‘bridge’ between home, community, and other schools, but also take the initiative to foster growth, playing a leading role within the home, school, and community, so that the school truly becomes a vibrant, ever-evolving learning community where all things flourish together.
High school principal assistant Catherine Yang and Scarlett He will deliver a presentation entitled
‘Empowering Student Community, Building a Communication Ecosystem for Future Learning’. This presentation explores how schools can cultivate a sense of student community through a structured
communication ecosystem. Through practical cases and a student growth story, the presentation shows how participation in governance can transform students from passive learners into active contributors to their community.
