Under the coordination of the PD Center, the mentoring pairing ceremony for the 2025 academic year's ‘Shining Initiative’ concluded last month. This academic year saw 14 mentor-mentee pairs established, covering four key areas:

guidance in moral education, homeroom expertise, enhancement of subject teaching, and cultivation of administrative management capabilities. This has formed a comprehensive, multi-tiered support system for teacher development. It is hoped that through these mentoring partnerships, a growth community will be fostered between experienced and young teachers, creating a learning organization characterized by mutual care and support, thereby injecting new vitality into the development of our school's teaching staff.
