To strengthen homeroom teacher development, enhance professional expertise, and create a platform for exchange, our school held the Homeroom Teacher Workshop Launch & Basic Skills Competition Kickoff on May 23rd.

The event introduces tiered training through two groups: "New Seedlings" (0-5 years’ experience) and "Elite" (5+ years’ experience). Over six months, participants will compete in four modules—educational storytelling, themed class design, scenario simulations, and more. This dual-track system supports novice teachers in building foundational skills while encouraging veterans to innovate, driving excellence in homeroom education and enriching our school’s moral education framework.
