On June 26th, SABS Party Branch Secretary Vincent Xu and Ande Community representatives signed a party-building cooperation agreement.

Key actions include pooling educational/venue resources, coordinating family education services, co-hosting annual party meetings with leadership lectures, and organizing volunteer/cultural events.
