On July 3, SABS's Administrative Committee reviewed and approved the University-wide Academic Positions Open Competitive Hiring Plan, officially launching an internal talent selection mechanism. Aimed at optimizing faculty allocation, the initiative provides cross-position development platforms for staff with professional expertise and growth potential, embodying the talent philosophy of "leveraging talents to their fullest potential."

Through open and fair competition, the plan promotes internal talent mobility, stimulates team innovation, and strengthens talent reserves to support the school's third five-year development plan.
