5月22日，华旭学校家长赋能课堂温情开讲。本期活动特邀三位具有代表性的初中部/高中部毕业生家长，围绕主题 “温柔的托举：从焦虑到觉醒的养育之路” ，带来了帝国理工、纽约大学及上海“四校”升学路上的真实养育复盘。

三位过来人从自身经历出发，分享了如何在高竞争环境下调整心态、与孩子共同成长，帮助在场家长缓解升学焦虑，回归教育本质。现场互动热烈，不少家长表示收获颇丰。

On May 22, three SABS parents of graduates shared their real experiences on the theme "Gentle Support: From Anxiety to Awakening" for college admissions to Imperial College, NYU, and Shanghai's top four schools. They discussed adjusting mindsets and growing with children in a competitive environment, helping ease parents' anxiety. The session ended with lively interaction and positive feedback.
